Our primary business focus is servicing the IT and Data Communications needs of small to medium-sized businesses.

As Microsoft Channel Partners, we use and recommend Microsoft Windows Servers and Microsoft Windows Small Business Servers for our networked systems.
We also offer complete systems for sale, as well as individual hardware items such as printers, scanners, modems & etc. With each sale, we offer delivery, setup and configuration included in the quoted price. 

Our competitive casual rates are further enhanced by our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).  These agreements are available in either Bronze, Silver or Gold levels.
 

Service Level Agreements

Overview

These agreements are designed to assist those companies with limited, (or no) in-house IT departments.
We act pro-actively via a fast broadband connection, providing effective and hassle free off-site (and where required on-site) technical support.

  • SLA's are based on an agreement for the provision of off-site IT Services to a nominated company for an agreed period. Customers may contract to pre-purchase blocks of hours, for deployment over a 6 or 12 month period.
  • The Duration of the Agreement and the choice of pre-payment determines the SLA Level.
  • All SLA's offer the option of our Network Monitoring Service (NMS) - this is daily (7-day) server performance monitoring, charged at at one hour per week.
  • Supplementary charges arising from the NMS are hourly based with a minimum charge of 1 hour, with any subsequent chargeable time calculated in 15 minute intervals.
  •  Gold & Silver Clients within 25Km of our Bentleigh Office do not pay travelling charges.

  • 4 Hour on-site response (Gold SLA Customers), same day response (Silver & Bronze customers)

  • Rates fixed for duration of Agreement
  • Access to Support Engineers available at all times, 24 x 7
  • Support and maintenance issues, including new installations, network design and auditing may be charged at your SLA Rate
  • Payment for large installations accepted at favourable credit terms over an agreed repayment period.

We can also carry out application software auditing to ensure Licensing Compliance for your software at the concessional pricing of your SLA. This includes a written report with our recommendations.

* Utilizing SLA's ensures you have access to same-day full IT support, at concessional rates, with no Travelling Charges within 25km of Bentleigh.

Software

We are able to supply and install most third party software from various vendors. We can install the various bug fixes/patches and updates required by various network and application software - this service is included in our SLAs.

Network audits are also available at a concessional rate. Such audits can include hardware, operating system software and cabling, in fact any aspect of a network. Our findings are tabulated and include a table of recommendations.

Network Design and Implementation

We also offer a network design and implementation service, wherein we listen to your requirements now, ask where you want to be in the near future, and plan accordingly.

Datamini Systems has qualified engineers who can design and install your Small Business Server network and set up Microsoft Exchange if required. All work is guaranteed and hardware is sourced from name-brand suppliers. Our design service can also arrange web pages for your intranet/internet web servers.
